How do you ensure the freshness of my order during shipping?
All our baked goods are made to order and flash-frozen before being shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain perfect texture and flavor.

How long will my treats stay fresh once they arrive?
Most of our items stay fresh for 3-5 days at room temperature. For longer storage, we recommend freezing them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date or event?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any shipping delays.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
